Traditional Corporate Headshots

Stand out from your competition with professionally photographed headshots that inspire confidence in new or potential clients.

Your staff are the very heart and soul of your company, so why not show them at their best?

How? Let me explain.

At the very core, it is Rich's belief that traditional headshots should not make your staff like soulless, cheesy, money grabbing people. By using simple psychological skills and real-time camera tricks he can easily avoid this dreaded look.

Firstly, he has a fully mobile studio, meaning he can set up in your office space - preferably in a board room or meeting room.

Secondly, he shoots ‘tethered’ meaning that his camera sends the images taken in real-time to my laptop. Shooting tethered gives the client an opportunity to view and choose the image right away, enabling him to alter any issues they may have by re-shooting then and there or letting them return to work not to be disrupted again. The confidence this provides the client always shines through in the images.

Thirdly, with his array of techniques and tricks Rich can remove any of the glare from those who wear glasses, make ill-fitting collars fit and provide more defined jaw lines - all in-camera without the use of photoshop. All these things combined result in a much faster turn around of your photographs, allowing your company to swiftly capitalise on your investment.

Rich runs a tight ship, a one-to-one session so that the person being photographed is not stood in front of all their colleagues which makes them uncomfortable. This is how he keeps control of the shoot and creates a much more relaxed atmosphere and shoot. At all times it will be himself, the person being photographed and possibly a make up artist and assistant, as mentioned below under ‘additions'. Rich photographs with a correct white balance, meaning you won’t have images that have a yellow, blue or even purple hue wash over them as you often see with poorly edited headshots.

Additions:

Rich Broome Photography can provide a makeup artist for the shoot, which he personally highly recommends to keep on top of hair and to make sure there are no ‘hot spots’ on people’s foreheads. This gives a quicker turn around on images and confidence to the persons photographed.

For full-day shoots he also recommends that he provides an assistant to help set up and pack down quickly and to help manage the shoot.

Did you realise cliche corporate is old?  We are talking about those headshots from the 80s & 90s with a reluctant employee posed against a green screen.
